Classes

Spinning, boxercise, body resistance, yoga or aerobics – exercise classes are a very popular element of any health and fitness facility.

Classes can be delivered by the onsite team with the support of first-rate specialist instructors. All tastes and levels will be catered for, from hesitant first-timers to seasoned class fanatics.

There are also options for class provision that do not require dedicated studio space. Walking and running clubs, gym circuits and outdoor activities can all be run by onsite fitness advisors.
