All our trainers will offer results-based programmes based on a wide range of objectives – weight loss, strength training, pre/post natal, rehabilitation or even marathon training.

Your in-house team will provide Personal Training on site on a fee for service basis. Your people will be trained by a qualified professional to provide a service that is innovative, motivational, effective and safe.
