Clinical Development Programmes
Your GP will:
• Be the referring physician for PMI purposes
• Retain good relationships and clear communication with the employee’s own NHS GP’s, where appropriate
• Provide private prescriptions. In addition, they will retain on-site a small range of the more common drugs to ensure early treatment and convenience for the employees
• Provide continuity of care when off-site for employees with health issues that they have seen and require further management. This primarily will be through telephone or written communication and will included communications with relevant specialists or NHS practitioners as appropriate
• Identify trends or themes, including regular reviews, to help direct future employee healthcare policy or interventions.
