Drop-in Sessions

Drop-in sessions are typically 10 minutes per person, giving your people flexibility to fit wellness into their schedules, whilst also enabling the company to reach out to a very wide audience. They can include the following:

Treatment is given fully clothed, without cream or oil in a small, designated room using a chair specifically designed for this treatment As well as easing aches pain and tension, the massage invigorates the client for his or her return to work.

Indian Head Massage
This is a relaxation technique, which has been used in Asia for thousands of years. Gentle circular movements to the head and neck release tension and stress, leaving the individual relaxed and revitalised. This technique stimulates the senses, improving memory and brainpower. As well as easing aches, pain and tension, invigorates the client leaving him or her refreshed for their return to work. Treatment is given fully clothed, without creams or oils and can conveniently be carried out at the client’s desk.

Reflexology
Reflexology is a holistic therapy involving massage to specific areas in the feet and hands, which correspond to organs and systems of the body. Reflexology stimulates the immune system, reduces anxiety and tension and helps return the body to a state of balance.

Health and Wellbeing
Uniquely trained physiologists will carry out blood pressure/ blood cholesterol checks and are able to raise awareness of potential health risks and guide individuals how to correct, change and reduce the risk factors.

Musculo-Skeletal Assessment
Inactivity, desk positioning, long hours driving can all be main causes of back pain, and in a short assessment our physiotherapist can assess and explain what people can do themselves, to reduce the risk of suffering from back pain, as well as suggesting some simple exercises that individuals can incorporate into their daily lives.

Nutritionist/ Tasting table
For larger health fairs a drop in tasting table has proved extremely successful in the past. This allows people to try new foods and ask advice from a fully qualified nutritionist. A tasting table focuses around healthier alternatives to breakfasts and snacks that can often be an issue in the office environment when time is limited and vending machines are too accessible.
